At this time, purchases are available for in-store collection only. Customers are required to collect their items from our shop and inspect them at the point of collection.
We kindly ask that all customers inspect their items carefully at the time of collection. This ensures the item is free from damage or defects before acceptance.
Once an item has been collected and accepted, responsibility for its condition passes to the customer.
If a fault or damage is identified at the time of collection, please notify a member of staff immediately. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Claims for damage identified after collection will not be accepted.
